UPDATE March 2018

Dear Customer. It is with regret that we have to announce a further delay in production unfortunately we have had to postpone by a week as we are still waiting for key elements to arrive.

UPDATE 2018

The Ewes have had their winter break and lambing commenced at the end of February and we are half way through. Production of Cheese, Yogurt and Milk with start March 19. We are introducing a Smoked version of the cheese and this will be available later in the season, please look at our website and Facebook for further updates.



WINTER BREAK FOR OUR EWES

We would like to advise you that our ewes will stop milking the second week of August in readiness for their winter break, milking will resume in February.

Fresh produce is available from the farm and our stockiest, but supplies will be limited as milk production reduces on a daily basis; however Yogurt will be available for the foreseeable future and will be made every three weeks.

A supply of frozen cheese and milk is also available direct from the farm.

We thank you for your custom and support in our first year of production. Updates on production will be posted on our website and Facebook and a notice will also be placed directly outside the farm.
